Check that the sale price of the building lot includes the Local Equipment Tax (TLE) and the Waste Water System Tax (TRE): if it does not, make sure to take the latter into consideration when looking at financing.

Your financing project must include :

• Legalization charges
• Mortgage costs
• Banking charges
• Servicing charges (water, electricity, telephone, gas)
• Exterior work charges (fencing, access roads, etc.)
• Finishing off charges (floor and wall rendering)
• Moving charges
