“NF private home” is a label guaranteeing :

Official French certification of products and services related to home building with provision of plans, in agreement with the December 19th, 1990 law.

It covers your house and the services provided by the builder, before, during and after the work done.

A customer satisfaction questionnaire ensures follow-up.

An approved builder must respect regulations in agreement with French standards :

The builder’s organization, resources, work practices and achievements are all audited to this end.
The builder is audited every 18 months, with checks on houses built and customer satisfaction follow-up.

These controls are carried out by a network of auditors and controllers approved by the CEQUAMI, a registered third party, independent organization.
CEQUAMI : an organization appointed by AFNOR CERTIFICATION.

CEQUAMI was created by the CSTB (Scientific and Technical Building Center) and QUALITEL, which are both certifying organizations accredited by the COFRAC (French Accrediting Committee).
