• Thermal quality : Maisons Malet signed the Thermal Quality Charter in 1993. This charter, which was set up by EDF (the government owned French Electricity Company), imposes a set of extremely specific regulations as defined by the New Thermal Regulation 2000 (NRT 2000). The latter has reduced France’s energy spending, and in turn it will reduce your energy costs thanks to a 25% increase in the thermal performance of buildings.

  GDF (the French public gas company) has approved Maisons Malet as a natural gas builder ; as such we have signed a Quality contract with GDF, thereby promising to :

1 - Inform you :
- about all natural gas solutions, heating and hot water, in the Climalliance range.
- about how much your future system will cost you.

2 - Offer you :
The Climalliance formula (Climadou, Climatop) that best meets your needs and the characteristics of your future home.

3 - Assist you :
- with an on-site explanation of how the system you have chosen operates.
- by providing a file including all the useful information you need to get the optimal use out of your new natural gas installation.
