• Thermal quality : Maisons Malet signed the Thermal Quality Charter in 1993. This charter, which was set up by EDF (the government owned French Electricity Company), imposes a set of extremely specific regulations as defined by the New Thermal Regulation 2000 (NRT 2000). The latter has reduced France’s energy spending, and in turn it will reduce your energy costs thanks to a 25% increase in the thermal performance of buildings.
  

It includes :

1 - The obligation to choose certified materials in agreement with the regulations.

2 - The obligation to respect building rules at all stages of building.

3 - Systematic control of all buildings by Thermal Quality experts.

4 - A customized thermal study for each of our customers to evaluate annual consumption.
