Maisons Malet undertakes complementary services:
• Creating the file for and obtaining planning permission.
• Assistance with and applications for finance.
• Taking out nominative construction fault or damage insurance.
• Taking out a guarantee for reimbursement of the deposit and for delivery at the price and on the date agreed.


Maisons Malet, a member of the French Houses Union, offers a contract which is properly regulated by the 19th December 1990 law, guaranteeing increased consumer information and protection.

Maisons Malet's technical team will oversee the building of your house and check and coordinate the work.

Maisons Malet as an NF (French Standards) certified constructor, has put in place a regulated control procedure which guarantees greater security for customers.

With its construction contract, Maisons Malet brings you a complete range of guarantees after you take delivery of your house:
- a one-year perfect completion guarantee
- a two-year operational guarantee
- a ten-year guarantee covering the structure of the building
- construction fault or damage insurance
