Heat quality Maisons Malet signed la Charte « Qualité thermique » (heat quality charter) in 1993. This charter, implemented by EDF, fixes a number of extremely precise rules defined by the New Heat Regulations 2005 (NRT 2005) which will allow the whole of France, and therefore each household, to reduce its energy budget by increasing the thermal performance of buildings constructed.
It involves:
1 - Selecting materials which have obtained quality labels and conform to the regulations.
2 - The obligation to respect building industry rules at all stages of the construction.
3 - Systematic inspection of all buildings by « Heat Quality » experts
4 - Carrying out a personalised thermal study for each of our clients to evaluate annual consumption.
THPE LABEL For the very high energy performance label, conventional primary energy consumption must be reduced by 20% compared to the consumption reference given in the 2005 regulations.
HPE LABEL The "HPE high energy performance label” corresponds to conventional energy consumption 10% below the conventional consumption given in the regulations.
