SINCE 1967: MORE THAN 40 YEARS' EXPERIENCE

GECA, a limited company, was created in February 1967, and was at that time the MALET Company's subsidiary dealing with civil engineering and drainage.
As early as the 1980s, the company decided to create an Individual houses division: "Maisons Malet".

Maisons Malet was awarded the "NF Maison individuelles"

standard in December 2001.

In 2007, the building shell and roads and networks sectors were sold off and the company decided concentrate on perpetuating its expertise in the individual house sector.

Currently, GECA Maisons Malet, regional market leader, covers the toulouse area and part of the midi-Pyrénées region.
